2 KINGDOM STREET
2 Kingdom Street is the latest building to be constructed within the Paddington Central development.
Our works on the project comprised of the manufacture and installation of back painted glass wall cladding and perimeter trim sections within lift lobbies situated throughout all ten floors of the building.
The ground floor lift lobby was double height (5 metres) and our scope of works also included cladding to a feature wall situated within the main reception area which spanned the entire 8m height of the space.
One of the key design features for the project was for the glass to be painted in a series of colours with the panels progressing through the colour spectrum from yellow to green on the lower floors and blue to purple on the higher floors.
Update - The pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca are the first tenants within 2 Kingdom Street and have taken the top two floors. Saper Glass were selected to undertake all of the glass works within the specialist joinery package.
