101 New Cavendish Street is a newly refurbished multi-purpose site incorporating ground floor retail, four large floors of commercial office space and seven newly created residential apartments on the higher floors which include two top floor penthouses.

Our works on the project comprised of the manufacture and installation of back painted glass wall cladding running the entire length of the reception space and featured geometric etched band designs to the front face of the glass. The cladding also incorporated several integrated light boxes.

The building also boasts a glazed scenic lift servicing the office floors which at ground floor level featured an all glass enclosure with a matching etched banding design and was also illuminated with colour changing LED lighting.
